Remember colouring as a child? Whether you used pencils, crayons or markers, it was a relaxing activity. In adults, art therapy is known to be a tool that can lower symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma and improve mindfulness, health and wellness.

For our sessions, you can bring a colouring page of your own or download a free one from here to fill in while we are together. You can also share your work during the discussion segment if you like.
