Remember colouring as a child? Whether you used pencils, crayons or markers, it was a relaxing activity. In adults, art is known to be a tool that can lower symptoms of anxiety, depression and trauma as well as improve mindfulness, health and wellness.

For our sessions, we will send you a colouring page that you can print and fill in while we are together. Everyone will receive the same page and share their work if they like during the discussion. You are also welcome to bring your own colouring page.

Each online session is one hour.
